Article 1 (Personal Information)

"Personal Information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Personal Information Protection Law, which means information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact information, or other descriptions, as well as data related to appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and information that can identify a specific individual from that information alone (such as health insurance card numbers).

The personal information we obtain varies depending on the collection method, as follows:

  • Information directly provided by users

    We may receive information directly from users when they register to use our service. This information may include:

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipients of the information shall not be deemed third parties:

  • When personal information is provided due to business succession resulting from merger or other reasons
  • When personal information is used jointly with specific persons, and the user has been notified in advance or placed in a situation where they can easily know about this joint use, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of persons jointly using it, the purpose of use by those persons, and the name of the person responsible for managing the personal information

Also, this service uses Google Analytics provided by Google LLC to understand usage patterns and improve services. Google Analytics provides functions to analyze the number of accesses and duration of stay per page, the number of users by environment and region, inflow routes, search terms, etc. Information such as identifiers recorded on devices through cookies, IP addresses, URLs of browsing sites, or app screen names are sent to Google Analytics. Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

If a user's personal information held by us is incorrect, the user may request correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") of personal information following the procedures specified by us.

If we receive a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph and determine that it is necessary to respond to the request, we will make the necessary corrections to the personal information without delay.

If we make corrections based on the preceding paragraph, or decide not to make corrections, we will notify the user without delay.

Article 8 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The content of this policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters otherwise specified in this policy or stipulated by law.
